General provisions<br>1.1. The rules of this electronic store (hereinafter &#8211; the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter &#8211; the Seller), which determine the rights and obligations of the Parties.<br>1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer is informed about changes in the Rules on the website of the electronic store.<\/p>\n<p>2. Conclusion of the purchase-sale contract<br>2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to be concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for services in the electronic store, having previously familiarized himself with these rules.<\/p>\n<p>3. Seller&#8217;s Rights<br>3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the electronic store without notifying the Buyer in advance.<br>3.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the operation, stability and security of the electronic store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or stop him from using the electronic store without warning.<\/p>\n<p>4. Obligations of the seller<br>4.1. The seller undertakes to make it possible to use the services of the electronic store, the operating conditions of which are determined by these Rules.<br>4.2. The Seller undertakes to provide the services purchased by the Buyer in the manner chosen, based on the conditions established by these Purchase &#8211; Sale Rules.<br>4.3. When, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot provide the services ordered in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the Purchase-Sale Agreement after notifying the buyer beforehand. The seller undertakes to return the paid money within 3 working days.<br>4.4. After the buyer uses Rule 5.2. the right provided for in paragraph 1, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 5 (five) working days from the day of refusal.<\/p>\n<p>5. Buyer&#8217;s rights<br>5.1. The buyer has the right to order services in the electronic store in accordance with these Rules.<br>5.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the contract for the purchase and sale of services concluded in the electronic store, by notifying the seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of ordering the services.<\/p>\n<p>6. Obligations of the buyer<br>6.1. The buyer must pay for the ordered services.<br>6.2. By using the online store, the buyer confirms that he agrees with these rules of purchase and sale and must comply with them.<\/p>\n<p>7. Service prices<br>7.1. The prices of services in the online store are indicated in euros. Prices include VAT.<\/p>\n<p>8. Ordering and payment of services<br>8.1. After visiting the online store, the buyer chooses the services he needs and puts them in the shopping cart. After creating the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary to fulfill the order: his name, surname, phone number and additional information that may be important for providing services. The buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with these rules and confirms the order.<br>8.3. Payment can be made using the electronic banking services of Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadel\u0117, \u0160iauli\u0173 bankas, as well as Visa \/ MasterCard payment cards. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using the Contoquickpay.com payment platform.<\/p>\n<p>9. Final provisions<br>9.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.<br>9.2. These Rules and relations between the Parties in relation to these Rules are applied and interpreted based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<br>9.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<br>9.4. The Parties are released from fulfilling their obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force majeure).<\/p><p data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"1456\"><span data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"383\" style=\"\">10. Language<\/span><br data-start=\"383\" data-end=\"386\">\n10.1. These Terms and any mandatory pre-contractual information required by applicable law are provided to consumers in <span data-start=\"506\" data-end=\"520\" style=\"\">Lithuanian<\/span>.<br data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"524\">\n10.2. For the Customer\u2019s convenience, translations of these Terms and\/or other information may also be made available in <span data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"679\" style=\"\">Russian, English and\/or German<\/span>.<br data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"683\">\n10.3. <span data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"756\" style=\"\">Oral communication and the provision of services in spoken form<\/span> (e.g., consultations, calls, meetings) are available in <span data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"838\" style=\"\">Lithuanian or Russian<\/span>, as agreed with the Customer.<br data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"871\">\n10.4. <span data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"924\" style=\"\">Written documents and written communication<\/span> related to the services (including but not limited to reports, recommendations, summaries, confirmations, invoices, and email correspondence) may be provided in <span data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1129\" style=\"\">Lithuanian, Russian, English, or German<\/span>, according to the language selected during the order process or otherwise agreed by the Parties.<br data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1229\">\n10.5. If any discrepancies arise between the Lithuanian version and any translation, the <span data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1354\" style=\"\">Lithuanian version shall prevail<\/span> to the extent permitted by applicable law.
